In retaliation of the news that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet would be banned until the case was settled, Samsung has filed a preliminary injunction in the Federal Court that seeks to ban the sale of the iPhone 4S, claiming that Apple infringes on three of its patents relating to mobile technologies.
